Calder Testers, Inc. can provide destructive and non destructive testing which is capable of handling pressures up to 200,000 psi for valves, fittings, tubing or any products custom designed to meet customer's exact specifications.

Our nondestructive and destructive testing capabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Autofrettage

Calder Testers Inc. designs, manufactures and installs Autofrettage Test Systems for manual or fully computerized operations. Our Autofrettage Test Systems are used in the Diesel Engine Industry, LDPE and oil and gas industries.

Valve and Pump

We design Pumps, Block and Bleed Valves, Dump Valves, Metering Valves, Tees, Elbows, Crosses and adapters to assemble complete test systems. Our High Pressure Hydraulic Pumps range from 30,000 to 200,000 psi with discharge pressures and volumes unmatched in the industry.

Consulting and Training

We provide consulting and perform Training on our Pump and Valve Test Systems for customers around the world. Each Training session requires certification of test operators for our customers employee files.

In addition, we can provide destructive or non destructive testing at our facilities or supply equipment for customers to perform on site non destructive testing
