Pneumatic or Hydrostatic Valve Testing System - Model 1900
The Model 1900 series pump systems are our portable two and four wheel hand carts that allow the test system to move from test requirement to test requirement and can be used for Hydrostatic testing or Hydraulic applications or both.
Each system is designed to operate at the required pressure and can have multiple outlets, pumps and gauges. This type of system can be configured to meet specific customer requirements and have special items such as test gauges, special valves, filters or lubricators.
Model No. 1900 portable pressure testing systems. The standard model comes with all components mounted on a sturdy, industrial service, wheeled handcart. All gauges and controls will be mounted on an easy to read and operate control panel. The system will consist of the following components:
- 3,000, 6,000, 10,000, 15,000 & 30,000 psi hydraulic circuit.
- Air operated pump for Hydrostatic and Hydraulic applications.
- Two (2) & four (4) wheel portable carts.
- Carbon steel frame powder coated.
- Outlet port
- Outlet pressure block and bleed valves.
- Extra outlet port for use with chart recorder.
- Air controls consisting of Speed Control Valve, Air Filter, Air Lubricator, Air Pressure Regulator and Source Air Gauge.
- 4” top mounted pressure gauges with quick disconnect. 0.5% accuracy
