Model 1500 API, Patented API Hydraulic Flange Seals
Our 1500 series patented Hydraulic Flange Seal clamp fixtures seal the opposite end of flanged valves when attached to the Model 1200 or 1400 series valve test clamp fixtures. Shell testing can be performed when used in combination so the valve does not have to be blind flanged or the valve does not have to be turned over and re-clamped for seat testing form both sides.
Our patented 1500 series Hydraulic Flange Seals compliment our Model 1200 and 1400 series valve testers as well as being used as standalone components for pressure testing. The Hydraulic Flange Seals clamp on the back side of flanges for an easy, quick and safe way to test valve, pipe, vessels or any other component using a flanged outlet.
These Patented API Hydraulic Flange Seals are designed to conform to the clamping requirements as specified in API-598, API-6D and API-6A.

This flange seal will clamp and test the following valves:
- 1 13/16 – API Class 10000, 15000
- 2-1/16 - API Class 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000
- 2-9/16 - API Class 2000, 3000, 5000
- 3-1/8 - API Class 2000, 3000
Model No. 1500-3-API
This flange seal will clamp and test the following valves:
- 2-1/16 - API Class 10000, 15000
- 2-9/16 - API Class 5000, 10000
- 3-1/16 - API Class 10000
- 3-1/8 - API Class 3000, 5000
- 4-1/16 - API Class 2000, 3000

This flange seal will clamp and test the following valves:
- 2-9/16 - API Class 15000
- 3-1/16 - API Class 10000, 15000
- 3-1/8 - API Class 5000
- 4-1/16 - API Class 5000, 10000
