Model 1200Pneumatic or Hydrostatic Valve Testing System

The Model 1200 test systems are designed to clamp and test flanged valves hydrostatically and pneumatically. When a valve is placed on the seal plate the hydraulic clamp table rises and clamps the valve fl ange. The clamping force is applied to the back side of the test valve fl ange. A pre-calculated hydraulic force is applied to offset the required test pressure forces.

SAFETY INTERLOCK circuit installed on the hydraulic clamp circuit to lock hydraulic pressure if there is a system failure.

BI-DIRECTIONAL TEST CIRCUIT installed inside the control console to change the flow of air and water without changing hoses.

DATA ACQUISITION AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM (DAAS) is designed to measure pressure and time with PC based hardware and software.

BUBBLE JAR manufactured to ANSI B16.104 for seat testing with air.

DRIP TUBE manufactured to API 598 for seat testing with water.

BI-DIRECTIONAL TEST CIRCUIT built into the control panel. Bi-directional test circuits inside the control console with valves and fittings to change the flow of test medium. Standard system is capable of bi-directional testing by manually switching hoses from one side to the other on the test plates.
