Pneumatic or Hydrostatic Valve Testing System - Model 1200
The Model 1200 Systems are designed to clamp and test flanged valves hydrostatically and pneumatically. When a valve is placed on the seal plate the hydraulic clamp arms are engaged and force is applied to the back side of the test valve flange. A pre-calculated hydraulic force is applied to offset the required test pressure forces.
The Model 1200 is a non-rotating machine mounted on a ridged frame. When used with our patented Model 1500 Hydraulic Flange Seals full body testing can be performed without applying hydraulic clamp forces to the valve body. The opposite flange can easily be sealed with our patented Model 1500 Hydraulic Flange Seals.
Model No. 1200-12 and Model No. 1200-16 standard non rotating flanged valve testing system. This system is designed to conform to the clamping requirements as specified in API-598. This system allows the operator to perform air and/or water testing on the same clamping fixture. This system is complete with clamp fixture and control console and consists of the following features.
- Air operated pump with 3,000 or 10,000 psi hydrostatic test circuit.
- Air operated pump with 10,000 psi hydraulic clamp circuit.
- Three (3) arm or four (4) clamp arrangement.
- Ninety (90) ton or (120) ton Hydraulic clamping force.
- One skid mounted clamp fixture and control console for fork lift movement.
- One (1) “O” ring seal plate, carbon steel, nickel plated.
- Aluminum or Stainless Steel panel face.
- Carbon Steel powder coated for wear resistance.
- 4” or 6” top mounted pressure gauges with quick disconnect. 0.5% accuracy.
